Advanced Lesson 3

My advance students proceeded to find their seats as I began my lesson. "Today we will learn a helpful offensive charm. Can anyone think of what the Confundus Charm is used for?" I award ten points to the student who answers and return to my lesson. "Now it is simple enough to cast, point your wand at your target and pronounce Confundo . Go ahead and pair up and begin practicing."

I come into class and Professor Lockheart gives the usual daily question.
I answer with "It causes a person to become highly confused".
I pair up with Vareth and we start the usual coundown. At zero I yelled "Confundus!" and he was hit in the chest with my spell. Instanly, he whirled around and asked where he was, and why he was holding a wand. Professor Lockheart quickly cured him and it was time for try number two...
